EAR PIERCING

You (or your child) will be seated for ear piercing while the therapist will wash her hands and put on disposable gloves. Methylated spirits will be used to clean the back and front of ear-lobe/s and left to dry. She will mark the proposed position of the earring/s with a marking pen for you to check or adjust as you like. The selected earrings for ear piercing are loaded into the piercing gun and lined up with the marked dot, before firing. The area is swabbed again with methylated spirits and instructions are given on care of pierced ears.
